What you'll do

• Coordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing
• submit payer enrollment applications
• maintain enrollment records and CAQH profiles
• coordinate Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment, revalidation, and demographic updates
• track licenses, DEA registrations, liability coverage, board certifications, and expirations
• maintain payer rosters
• communicate with payer representatives
• research discrepancies
• partner with Revenue Cycle on related claim issues
• maintain records and procedures
• produce status and metrics reports
• assist with payer audits and contract tracking as assigned.

Why this role

The role supports physicians, advanced practice providers, and other applicable providers. An associate degree and two or more years of relevant experience are preferred; CPCS or a related credentialing certification is preferred but not required.
