Gravure Print Press Operator

Job overview

The Gravure Print Press Operator role is onsite in North Walpole, NH; compensation is $19 per hour. Len-Tex Wallcoverings produces wallcoverings, and this position supports its Print Department. The operator runs printing orders and directs Press Tenders to produce quality wallcovering. The role checks print quality, documents production, supports safe and clean operations, and trains new Tenders in manufacturing procedures.

What you'll do

• Verify film color, gauge, and quantity against production orders
• run the order sequence
• check print quality and stop runs to correct process problems
• complete roll tickets and production reports
• review Tenders’ work
• report rejected rolls
• maintain machine and department cleanliness
• follow manufacturing and safety procedures
• train new Tenders
• report maintenance or process problems.
