What you'll do

• Configure UKG Ready Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Scheduling/Workforce Management modules
• participate in requirements, design, build, test, and deployment
• customize workflows, business rules, and accruals
• provide production support, troubleshoot, resolve tickets, and manage updates
• handle integrations and data imports/exports
• maintain reports and data integrity
• gather requirements, provide guidance, train users, and document processes
• support compliance and recommend process improvements.
