The Registered Nurse (RN) — Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Postpartum role is onsite in West Hollywood, CA, on a night schedule of 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week. Pay is $55–$61 per hour. The posting describes a 13-week assignment and accepts local and traveler candidates. The nurse provides postpartum and newborn care, monitors mothers and newborns, administers ordered medications and treatments, educates families, documents in EPIC, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team. The role may float to appropriate units within the nurse’s scope of practice.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to postpartum and mother-baby/couplet-care patients
• assess and monitor mothers and newborns
• identify and escalate changes in condition
• administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols
• educate patients and families
• document in EPIC
• collaborate with physicians, nurses, lactation staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-prevention and patient-safety standards
• float within scope of practice as required.
