Real Estate Agent – Showings, Buyers, and Listing Opportunities

What you'll do

• Show homes to buyer clients
• identify buyers’ needs, budgets, and property preferences
• guide buyers through the home-buying process
• prospect and follow up with potential clients
• develop homeowner and listing opportunities
• communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
• schedule showings and provide feedback
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and other appointments when needed
• maintain CRM notes and follow-ups
• participate in team training and professional development.
