What you'll do

• Maintain project accounting records
• assist with monthly financial statements, percentage-of-completion reporting, accruals, and close
• reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
• assist with project draw preparation and distribution
• verify supporting documents
• review subcontractor pay applications
• coordinate disbursements and advances
• process lien waivers
• maintain payment records and follow up on outstanding paperwork.
