What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, including workloads and schedules

• manage departmental costs, staffing, budgets, and work plans
• support maintenance projects and prepare service estimates
• develop policies and procedures with the President
• negotiate subcontractor contracts and inspect work
• oversee preventive maintenance and records
• address housekeeping complaints
• maintain working relationships with employees, vendors, and the public.
