What you'll do

• Inspect properties for maintenance, cleanliness, and supply needs
• coordinate housekeepers, maintenance technicians, and service providers
• respond to in-house guest requests
• create and process work orders and document damages
• support onboarding new properties
• monitor and organize guest supplies
• coordinate with owner success, guest services, and onboarding teams
• bundle work orders by location and manage daily logistics.
