What you'll do

• Assume facility operations during each placement
• assist customers in person and by phone
• show and lease storage units
• process rental agreements, move-ins, and move-outs
• sell storage-related services and merchandise
• collect and reconcile payments
• manage delinquent accounts
• maintain tenant records and reports
• inspect facility cleanliness and security
• perform routine cleaning and light maintenance
• travel between assigned facilities
• and communicate operational needs to the Group Manager.
