The Residential HVAC Service Technician II role is onsite and field-based, with the company based in Ferndale, WA, serving Whatcom and Skagit counties. This technician provides residential and light-commercial service, maintenance, and repairs while supporting the Service Department’s goals. The role also helps develop Technician I staff and contributes to reliable customer service through troubleshooting, documentation, and safe work practices.

What you'll do

• Perform routine HVAC service, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• adjust system controls
• troubleshoot operating errors and repair systems
• communicate with customers and collect payment on service visits
• complete warranty and service paperwork
• travel between dispatched jobsites and report status
• maintain company tools and vehicle
• train and oversee Service Technician I
• follow safety procedures.
