What you'll do

• Set forms and subbase/grade
• operate equipment to remove existing concrete
• lead crews during pours
• finish concrete slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters
• supervise work to meet drawings and specifications
• identify hazards and stop unsafe work
• coordinate workers and work sequences
• communicate progress and safety policies.
