Compounder — Weekend PM Shift

The Compounder role is onsite in New Albany, OH, full-time, on the Weekend PM schedule: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. Bright Innovation Labs is a contract manufacturer serving leading brands with personal-care product filling and production operations. The role prepares and processes ingredients into personal-care products while maintaining batch quality, safety, and production standards. It supports consistent manufacturing by inspecting in-process work, handling materials safely, and maintaining production equipment.

What you'll do

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and modify ingredients for personal-care products
• ensure production meets customer specifications and quality standards
• communicate with the Compounding Supervisor/Manager and production staff
• comply with GMP, SOP, and safety procedures
• inspect in-process production
• safely handle and store materials
• follow OSHA regulations and company standards
• inspect and maintain production equipment
• participate in training and cross-training
• support production goals.

Why this role
