Maintenance Technician I

What you'll do

• Maintain curb appeal
• complete and assist with resident work orders
• perform unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning
• be available for after-hours on-call work
• assist neighboring properties
• pick up supplies
• report health and safety concerns
• attend required training.
