What you'll do

• Ensure nursing personnel comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements
• support nursing department budget development and implementation
• implement compliance and quality improvement policies and procedures
• conduct infection surveillance, rounding, analysis, interpretation, and reporting
• support evidence-based infection prevention policies
• lead infection prevention efforts and serve as a resource and educator.

Why this role
