What you'll do

• Build qualified physician pipelines for active and anticipated succession events
• use internal databases, AI-assisted search, and sourcing platforms
• design and run outreach campaigns
• research physician markets and referral networks
• partner with recruiters on priorities and candidate handoffs
• maintain data in Gem and Monday.com
• track sourcing metrics
• contribute reusable search and market intelligence to the team knowledge base.
