What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and hygiene
• support safe transfers and mobility
• prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
• offer companionship and emotional support
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior to the care coordination team
• run local errands and provide transportation to appointments or community outings.

Why this role

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or another clinical caregiving environment is required. New Hampshire LNA or PCA certification is preferred; dementia care certification is a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
