What you'll do

• Monitor students and facilities, rotating through programs every two hours
• implement individualized clinical and crisis-management plans
• supervise night staff and ensure assigned duties are completed
• coordinate residential program maintenance, meals, cleanliness, organization, and school transportation
• lead crisis response and staff debriefings
• manage shift schedules and overtime
• provide staff feedback
• ensure required documentation and shift communications meet standards.
