Working with leadership, functional teams, and the Enterprise PMO, the role tracks performance and risks and helps move strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

What you'll do

• Support development and management of corporate strategy and the strategic roadmap
• translate priorities into objectives, initiatives, milestones, and measures
• coordinate annual and quarterly planning
• monitor strategic progress
• analyze enterprise performance and maintain KPIs
• develop dashboards, reports, and presentations
• manage assigned strategic initiatives and project workstreams
• prepare recommendations and business cases
• coordinate with the Enterprise PMO
• identify risks, dependencies, and barriers
• support executive meetings and reporting
• research healthcare, market, competitive, customer, and payer trends
• collaborate across functional teams
• directly manage the Project Manager.
