The Plant Controller is an onsite role based in Jaffrey, NH. This position supports Ingenyx, a leading global provider of product development and production services for medical device manufacturers. The role exists to function as a business partner with plant management and as a functional financial leader on-site. The controller will oversee all plant-related accounting, product costing, cost center management, capital projects, and inventory management to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Analyze and report financial and operational results.
• Track and report on critical KPIs.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Ensure compliance with global costing methodology.
• Control expenditures of capital projects.
• Recruit, develop, and coach the plant finance team.
