What you'll do

• Direct clinical operations
• supervise, coach, and evaluate clinical personnel
• coordinate staffing and visit coverage
• lead case conferences
• review clinical documentation, OASIS assessments, plans of care, and orders
• investigate complaints and incidents
• coordinate with care partners
• participate in on-call coverage
• oversee quality improvement, infection prevention, compliance, and survey readiness
• use Axxess Home Health to monitor records, workflows, and outstanding tasks.
