What you'll do

• Greet customers

• process orders through the Pulse system
• monitor ready orders and help ensure prompt delivery
• check order contents
• promote in-store offers when applicable
• collect payments and provide correct change
• process card transactions
• balance and monitor the cash drawer
• respond to customer concerns
• stock and clean the front counter and dining areas
• assist in the kitchen as backup when necessary.
