What you'll do

• Run or manage competitive loan processes for construction financing
• negotiate loan documents, guaranties, and joint-venture agreements
• coordinate lender due diligence and closings
• identify capital partners
• analyze investment opportunities and model project cash flows, returns, and sensitivities
• prepare investor communications
• conduct property and market tours
• maintain broker, lender, and investor relationships
