Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Day

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
