Aerospace Quality Engineer, Level 1

The Aerospace Quality Engineer, Level 1 position is onsite in Rockville, MD, with a posted pay range of $34–$42 per hour. TRIGO ADR Americas provides supplier delivery assurance, supplier development, and quality management services for the aerospace and defense industry. The engineer evaluates supplier manufacturing and inspection processes, establishes quality evaluation plans, and helps resolve nonconforming materials through corrective action. The role supports supplier and customer quality performance across programs from design through production.

What you'll do

• Evaluate supplier manufacturing capabilities and processes for conformance
• establish part-quality evaluation plans from material requests through receipt
• resolve and disposition nonconforming materials
• participate in quality management system audits
• assess inspection and testing processes and analyze nonconformance
• ensure corrective actions and documentation meet requirements
• apply lean and Six Sigma quality methods
• support process improvement and standardization.
