What you'll do

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff
• follow site security procedures and policies
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• patrol hotel public areas, corridors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations
• document incidents, patrols, and daily activities.
