Associate Director, Strategic Consulting

EAB’s mission is to make education smarter and communities stronger through research, technology, and advisory services. The associate director advises education partners on strategic and operational challenges, translating research and data into recommendations and helping leaders evaluate and implement solutions. The role also contributes subject-matter insight to EAB research and supports client success and new partner development.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain expertise across research terrains, especially university strategy, advancement, fundraising, campaign readiness, and donor engagement
• advise partners through consultations, meetings, conferences, and presentations
• diagnose challenges and recommend solutions
• help leaders align teams and priorities
• support implementation and accountability
• collaborate with customer success and sales on partner delivery and development
• contribute original research insights and content.
