What you'll do

• Direct and supervise maintenance personnel
• develop staffing schedules
• train and mentor employees
• implement and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• monitor equipment reliability and maintenance KPIs
• oversee boilers, air compressors, and other plant utilities
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-driven systems
• plan and improve plant systems
• support capital projects
• promote safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
• coordinate maintenance work with production needs.
