The Resident Care Assistant role is onsite in Spring, TX, at Tarina of Cypresswood. Compensation is $14.50–$15 per hour, plus credit for experience. The posting offers part-time Sunday and Monday mornings, 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., or full-time Friday–Monday evenings, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. The assistant works with residents, nursing staff, and residents’ families. The role provides hands-on personal care while protecting residents’ dignity and encouraging independence. It also supports residents with higher care needs, including memory care, and helps the care team by observing and reporting changes in health or behavior and accurately charting care.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• maintain a safe and comfortable environment while encouraging independence and protecting dignity
• observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior
• chart care accurately
• work with nursing staff and families
• provide additional support to residents with higher care needs, including memory care.
