Health Information Specialist

The role supports accurate, timely access to records through request processing, chart preparation, digitization, retrieval, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests
• safeguard confidential information
• maintain knowledge of company and facility software
• manage patient health records
• assemble accurate and complete charts
• create digital images of paperwork
• retrieve and transmit records appropriately
• answer inbound and outbound calls
• may assist walk-ins, administrative tasks, and pickup scheduling
• meet site productivity expectations.
