What you'll do

• Lead global process and manufacturing engineering, packaging engineering, capital projects and governance, technology and design transfer, process validation and equipment qualification, automation and digital manufacturing, capacity planning, continuous improvement, talent development, multi-site operational excellence, and cross-functional product launch support.
