Accurate records and timely coordination help the service team schedule work, invoice repairs, and support customer equipment uptime.

What you'll do

• Prepare service department human resources and new-hire documents
• handle injury, MSHA, and DOT reporting and maintain MSDS records
• post technician labor hours and maintain payroll spreadsheets
• track equipment movement
• enter work-order data
• screen service reports and technical write-ups for invoicing accuracy
• expedite parts
• monitor returns and warranty claims
• review vendor invoices
• manage supplies
• coordinate safety meetings
• answer and route calls
• assist walk-in customers
• and manage department activity when the Service Manager is absent.
