What you'll do

• Assist with dressing, grooming, showers, and personal hygiene
• cook and help with household chores
• support daily living and accompany consumers on outings
• distribute self-administered medications and maintain medication logs
• arrange medical appointments and transportation when necessary
• complete progress notes
• support life-skills instruction and document progress as assigned.
