Curriculum®, supporting daily care and activities, and communicating with families, the assistant contributes to children’s development and the center’s engagement goals.
What you'll do
- Partner with teachers to create a stimulating classroom
- support implementation of the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children
- prioritize children’s safety
- support parent updates about progress and milestones
- collaborate with center staff and leadership
- meet children’s everyday needs, which may include diapering, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- encourage social skills and developmentally appropriate activities.
