Recruiter – Construction Skilled Trades

What you'll do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled trades roles
• build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
• partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs
• communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance records
• occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines.
