The Experienced Preschool Teacher role is onsite in West Chester, OH. Compensation is $16.50–$18.50 per hour. The Learning Experience describes its goal as creating a positive, engaging learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher creates a safe, welcoming classroom and implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants, toddlers, or preschool children according to their needs. Communication with families and collaboration with center staff and leadership support children’s learning and the center’s enrollment and engagement goals.

Why this role

Six months of professional teaching experience and a high school diploma or GED are required; one year of teaching experience and an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field are preferred. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.
