The Early Intervention Group Developmental Leader role is onsite in Liberty, NY, with compensation of $65,000–$70,000 per year. G&D Therapy Services supports young children’s development and empowers families through early intervention services. The role creates and delivers individualized classroom learning and therapy activities, follows each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan, and documents progress. It contributes to children’s developmental goals through structured routines, play-based instruction, behavior support, and coordination with families and other professionals.

• Prepare learning environments and materials
• create daily routines, visual supports, and individualized lessons
• provide behavior support and model social skills
• incorporate daily living skills
• follow children’s IFSP goals
• document progress and adjust goals or treatment as needed
• communicate with families and professionals
• maintain records and supervise children in care.

Why this role
