What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• manage check-in and check-out
• verify and update registration and insurance information
• schedule and coordinate appointments
• support patient financial transactions
• answer calls and route messages
• maintain confidential electronic medical records
• coordinate patient flow, referrals, and follow-up
• assist with back-office activities when trained and competency-validated
• provide regional clinic coverage as scheduled
• follow infection prevention and confidentiality requirements.
