What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment
• identify hazards and take appropriate safety action
• prioritize tasks
• replace, repair, and purchase items according to facility policy
• implement and document preventive maintenance
• maintain weather protection
• supervise outside contractors
• perform errands and other assigned tasks
• serve on-call for emergencies and off-duty hours.
