What you'll do

• Clean common areas, restrooms, eating areas, and other spaces
• remove trash and maintain supply inventory
• assist with minor repairs, painting, and property maintenance
• coordinate contractor access with the Maintenance Lead
• respond to work orders
• monitor exterior areas
• maintain landscaping and remove debris
• assist with snow removal
• inspect common areas and report hazards
• support event setup and teardown and seasonal decorations.
