What you'll do

• Support IT strategy and infrastructure across U.S. and Mexico operations
• lead Epicor ERP service and support
• manage ERP maintenance, upgrades, security, reporting, and training
• coordinate outsourced IT providers
• support cybersecurity, networks, backups, and disaster recovery
• configure ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365
• support automation and analytics tools
• manage IT assets, vendors, and documentation.
