What you'll do

• Represent existing criminal defense clients in court
• manage a high-volume docket across Middle Tennessee counties
• communicate promptly with clients and explain legal options and strategy in plain language
• negotiate and resolve cases
• draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and briefs
• conduct legal research as needed
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
