What you'll do

• Provide member service by phone, electronic communications, and mail
• analyze member questions and problems and refer or cross-sell appropriate services
• perform account transactions and research inquiries
• educate and support Member Advisor I staff
• act as a resource for program questions
• provide supervision when the supervisor or manager is absent
• answer escalated calls, offer solutions, coordinate assistance, and follow up.
