Product Development Research Investigator

Job overview

The Product Development Research Investigator role is onsite in Midland, MI, with compensation of $50–$60 per hour. What you'll do

• Conduct theoretical and experimental research to develop products, improve existing products, and optimize manufacturing processes
• design, execute, and analyze complex formulation and processing experiments
• prepare technical reports, research summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses
• document findings supporting patent disclosures and technical publications
• collaborate on process technology strategies and research programs
• contribute to multiple R&D projects
• provide technical leadership
• solve complex technical problems
• support continuous improvement.
