What you'll do

• Lead and train a small installation team
• oversee installation of ductwork, furnaces, air-conditioning units, and heat pumps
• manage job sites for safety, compliance, and quality
• organize materials and tools and coordinate project timelines
• communicate with homeowners
• document progress and report to the Install Supervisor.
