The role sets the operating strategy, oversees staffing and study execution, develops site and investigator relationships, and supports integrations so the network can scale while serving patients, investigators, sponsors, and study teams.

What you'll do

• Own site health, revenue, P&L, and operational performance
• establish benchmarks and improvement plans
• address performance gaps
• oversee staffing, site operations, capacity, and study portfolio management
• expand site capabilities and research volume
• drive enrollment, data quality, compliance, and study execution
• lead site operations for M&A integrations
• build relationships with Principal Investigators and practice leaders
• develop site staff and leaders.
