Production Specialist

The Production Specialist position is onsite in Downers Grove, IL, with pay of $19–$23 per hour plus quarterly bonus opportunities. The role supports InfoSend’s Operations team, which provides print, mail, and digital communication services. This cross-functional production role provides coverage across Manual Fulfillment, Mail Inserting, and Print Production based on production needs and staffing. It helps ensure client projects are prepared, produced accurately, and completed to quality standards and deadlines.

What you'll do

• Prepare projects for printing and mailing
• operate high-speed laser inkjet equipment
• inspect files and printed materials for quality
• follow machine and quality procedures
• stage and load paper
• reprint defective documents
• perform routine equipment maintenance
• coordinate with internal teams
• cross-train across production departments.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM. The role is allocated approximately 40% to Manual Fulfillment, 40% to Mail Inserting, and 20% to Print Production.
