What you'll do

• Own project delivery across budget, schedule, scope, quality, and risk from preconstruction through closeout
• serve as the primary client and ownership-group contact
• manage contracts, subcontract terms, changes, and project meetings
• supervise, coach, and develop project team members
• manage project budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial risk
• oversee project safety and quality processes.

Why this role

Requires either a bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years of relevant experience, an associate degree or equivalent training and 12–15 years of construction experience, or internal promotion from Assistant Project Manager. OSHA 30-hour training and First Aid/CPR certification may be obtained within the stated timelines.
