Service Area Manager

Job overview

The Service Area Manager role is onsite in Marietta, GA. Compensation is roughly $100,000–$150,000 annually, including quarterly bonus, plus a vehicle allowance. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees service work in an assigned area for Maxair Mechanical. The manager is accountable for the area’s financial performance and customer satisfaction, coordinating service staff and collaborating with sales and project teams to deliver service work, develop customer relationships, and meet operating goals.

What you'll do

• Manage service technicians, dispatchers, and administrators
• achieve revenue and margin budgets
• recruit, coach, and develop staff
• monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction
• maintain customer relationships
• coordinate service delivery with other team leaders
• support pricing and management of service projects and preventive maintenance opportunities
• review invoices
• resolve customer concerns
• support accounts receivable collection efforts.
