The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) role is hybrid in Albuquerque, NM, with Monday–Thursday hours from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and one work-from-home day. Compensation is not specified. Groups Recover Together provides addiction healthcare and evidence-based care focused on harm reduction and member-centered recovery. The counselor leads group therapy and collaborates with an integrated care team to support members’ recovery goals. The role adapts approved therapeutic approaches, monitors and documents progress, and helps create a respectful, welcoming environment while promoting access to local addiction treatment.

What you'll do

• Lead three to four one-hour evidence-based group therapy sessions each day
• facilitate discussions and adapt approved modalities to members’ needs
• collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
• monitor member progress and document outcomes
• create a welcoming, harm-reduction-focused environment
• engage with the local community to promote access to addiction treatment.
