The Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic — Global Express XRS role is onsite at Fort Lauderdale International Airport in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Compensation is $40 per hour. The position supports aircraft maintenance operations in the company’s hangar and fleet. The mechanic maintains, repairs, and inspects aircraft to support safe operations and airworthiness. The role troubleshoots airframe, powerplant, and aircraft-system discrepancies, performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and documents work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration requirements and company procedures.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and inspect aircraft
• perform scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance
• conduct functional checks and operational tests
• consult maintenance manuals and specifications
• document work in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• rectify airframe, powerplant, and aircraft-system discrepancies.
